Taylor continue their tradition of innovation with the 722ce, another terrific model from the freshly redesigned 700 series. Like its larger counterpart, the 724ce, this sleek and playable guitar features some of the California-based manufacturer's finest cuts of koa for the top, back, and sides, lending it a beautiful and mellow island sound, but one that's still undeniably Taylor. The 722ce notably eschews a high-gloss finish for a matte one instead, allowing its tonewoods to really sing freely. Taylor have also added in high-end appointments like the paua rosette, rosewood binding, and polished bronze tuners to ensure that this guitar dazzles visually no matter the setting. The 722ce comes with the company's Expression II pickup system pre-installed for a natural and clear sound when plugged in, and it comes stock with a Taylor hard-shell case.
