Taylor's Builder's Edition offerings are better than ever with the introduction of a redesigned 514ce from the company's premium line. Hand-crafted at the manufacturer's El Cajon, California factory, the 514ce Builder's Edition features a Sitka spruce top in combination with a shamel ash back and sides for a warm, mellow, and dry tone that perfectly suits singer-songwriters who want a do-it-all instrument without compromising on quality. Taylor upgrade the model with a beveled armrest and cutaway, chamfered edges, and Gotoh 510 chrome tuners for a playing experience like none other. The model also gets its own unique inlay pattern and a stylish tigerstripe pickguard to set it apart from other offerings in Taylor's lineup, and of course comes with the company's patented Expression 2 active pickup system pre-installed. Included in the price is a hard-shell case.
