Description

We love Taylor's 400 Series for its combination of gorgeous sound, premium components, and beautiful aesthetics, making for a complete package that's won over an uncountable amount of players who've come to us looking for their next guitar. The 412ce-R takes all those great attributes and packs them into a Grand Concert shape, Taylor's smallest full-size guitar build, uniquely well-suited for the fingerpicker, or anyone who's looking for something a little easier to play. The top is constructed with some lightly figured Sitka spruce, and the back and sides from East Indian rosewood, a perfectly balanced combination featured on some of the most classic American guitars ever made. That gives the 412ce-R an impressive crispness on the high end, replete with the chiming overtones that have become the trademark Taylor sound. A full gloss finish and the 400 Series inlay pattern in mother-of-pearl ensure that this beautiful guitar looks just as nice as it sounds. It also of course includes Taylor's patented Expression II pickup system, for an impressively authentic sound when amplified. Finally, the 412ce-R comes with a hard-shell case for the protection this fine instrument requires.
