This all original used Ode Model C 6505 resonator banjo offers a great alternative to a vintage instrument from other banjo brands. Tonally the instrument is crisp and bright with strong trebles and a present 4th string making it an excellent fit for a bluegrass ensemble. Everyone knows a good bluegrass banjo should have low action and play easy as softened butter and this one sure meets that requirement. The condition of this instrument is declared "good" as it shows a number of dents and dings on the headstock, abundant but light buckle scratching on the resonator, and a few tight cracks in the fingerboard binding on the high frets on the treble sides. Also included is this banjos original hardshell case. Overall this banjo is a pretty great package for those looking to get a vintage banjo at a reasonable price.
