We are happy to offer this is a sweet little fractional Martin 5-18 from the year 1949. These size 5 guitars are the perfect little parlor players and a model you don't see too many of in the world. This is in excellent playing condition and has recently had a professional setup for perfect playability. The almost 70 year old sitka spruce and mahogany really sing out and give a nice bluesy mid range! As you can see, the guitar was well loved at some point in it's life- let's call it "character". There is of course some finish crazing and the typical little pickguard crack that has been repaired. This comes with a old chipboard case in which the guitar has lived for many years.
