Eastman do excellent work at every price point, but this PCH3-GACE-CLA hits a real sweet spot - high-end components, excellent quality of build, beautiful aesthetics, and a price tag that few other companies can afford to match. This splendid six-string combines a solid Sitka spruce top with a maple laminate on the back and sides into a Grand Auditorium shape, for a big, bass-forward tone that saves you the trouble of having to cart around a dreadnaught to every gig. The PCH3 line also features a full gloss finish and high-end appointments, including a real abalone rosette and a maple headstock inlay. Finally, for ease of playability, Eastman add a Venetian cutaway to help you hit the high notes, and have installed their proprietary undersaddle pickup system, designed and manufactured for the company by our friends at Fishman Transducers. Included in the price is an Eastman soft-shell case.
