Description

Eastman's MD-815 is one of the company's most impressive mandolins, and features a level of craftsmanship and quality components usually associated with premium, craft-shop instruments. Featuring a hand-carved, Adirondack spruce top and a flamed maple neck, back, and sides, this excellent F-style packs some incredible brightness and punch that will only get richer and clearer with age. As with all of Eastman's instruments, the fit and finish is exceptional, and small cosmetic appointments like the flowerpot headstock inlay and the bound body, fingerboard, and headstock mean it somehow looks just as good as it sounds. Included with the mandolin is a hybrid polyfoam hard-shell case, to help keep it protected wherever you go.
