Description
The Regal RD-40 line of resonator guitars has recently undergone some redesign which improves on an already impressive and successful run as one of the most reliable and affordable guitars of this type on the market today. RD-40s feature a Spruce top, mahogany back and sides and a Rosewood fingerboard. The headstock also has a Rosewood overlay and a Ivoroid binding (as does the fingerboard and body). The Mahogany square neck features a 2 inch nut. The builders use a USA-made aluminum cone in a Power Reflex resonator chamber for added volume and tone, and paint it in a vintage sunburst finish.
