Description
Despite coming in at less than half the price of the most famous spruce and mahogany dreadnaught currently in production, the Eastman E6D-TC doesn't feel like a downgrade - in fact, it's easy to trick yourself into believing that you're holding a premium, high-end six-string every time you pick it up. This thing absolutely rips, with crisp highs, mids, and lows in a time-honored tonewood combination that's remained a mainstay in the world of acoustic guitars for good reason. The E6D-TC's top is torrefied, too, meaning it sounds a little more open and clear right out of the box than nearly any other new guitar on the market today. Eastman also opt for traditional appointments, with mother-of-pearl inlays and elegant, multi-layer binding for an aesthetic that doesn't try to fix what ain't broke. Whoever leaves our shop with this one is getting a steal. Included in the price is an Eastman hard-shell case.
