Description
Bang for buck, it's hard to beat Eastman for the quality of build and materials when compared to the cost. The E1D is a great example - an all solid wood dreadnaught guitar with a thunderous, bassy sound at just over $ 500 with a gig bag to spare. The E1D features a Sitka spruce top and sapele (African mahogany) on the back and sides, with a clean matte finish and minimal appointments to keep cost affordable. The design is simple and vintage-inspired, taking after classic dreadnaught designs so as to make the guitar play and sound familiar. All told, you could do much worse than something like the E1D for the price.
