Chuck Lee is regarded as one of the countries best banjo makers. This custom Prairieville 11" banjo features a beautiful cherry pot capped in burled maple, a nicely carved cherrywood neck, ebony fingerboard with S carved scoop and offset Abalone fret markers, and a sound that is just perfect for old-time music. It is a deep and mellow tone that is a bit darker than other 11" open back banjos. The rolled brass tone ring helps to add a bit of sustain and mid-range punch to the overall sound. This includes the original brown tolex Superior hard shell case.
