Description

Bart Reiter is one of the best known names in the world of open-back banjos and we're proud to have a 1999 Bacon Professional in our store on consignment. The most striking feature is of course the internal resonator, which adds some ping and clarity to the tone production not unlike what one would get from a typical resonator banjo. What's more, this thick cut of open-back goodness is maple-glazed: the Bacon Professional features a maple neck and pot for the crisp midrange and striking high frequencies banjo players crave. There's no need to ham it up - the Bacon Professional already has all the gristle you need.
