Description
We're head over heels for Martin's brand new Centennial Concert, an all-mahogany option introduced to commemorate 100 years of the company's concert-sized ukuleles. From head to toe, this pint-sized instrument closely follows the original designs of the mid-20s ukes that kept Martin afloat through the Great Depression, with the classic curly fretboard extension and modern Graph Tech tuners to replicate the look of the old rosewood friction pegs that these instruments originally shipped with. But the Centennial's greatest resemblance to its forbears isn't its aesthetics - it's the big, wide-open Martin tone that players have known and loved for generations. Included in the price is a Martin soft-shell case.
