Northfield NFS-F5 Sunburst

Few manufacturers are making F-style mandolins anywhere near as well as Northfield - and next to no-one can match their price. This gorgeous NFS-F5 may be one of the company's more introductory models, but don't let that make you think that this is anything other than an exceptional instrument. Northfield combine an Adirondack red spruce top with a figured maple neck, back, and sides for a classic, almost pre-war timbre that will only open up more as time goes on. We opted to go with a classic sunburst finish on this one, which pairs nicely with the cream binding, black pickguard, and mother-of-pearl inlays for a mandolin that looks just as good as it sounds. Included in the price is an Airloom Recurve hard-shell case.
