Since its introduction in 2011, the Taylor GS Mini has proved to be one of the most popular models of guitars currently in production and the most popular fractional size guitar on the market. The GS Mini Plus retains everything that makes the GS Mini special, with an a few added features, and this particular guitar sports sonically rich and visually beautiful koa wood, sourced from Hawai'i. The added features of the Plus line include Taylor's patented Expression 2 pickup system, designed for the clearest and best reproduction of the Taylor sound when your guitar is plugged into an amp, as well as Taylor's Aerocase, a hybrid-style case that provides much of the protection of a hard-shell case, but without the added weight. The book-matched cuts of solid koa on top sound full and bright, and of course are selected for their visual beauty as well.
