Description

Taylor's Academy series is often a perfect fit for the beginner who wants a quality instrument at a reasonable price, and the Academy 12e-N, aimed at the beginning nylon string player, makes for an outstanding first guitar for classical, folk, or flamenco. With a playable neck that measures just one-and-seven-eighths at the nut and incorporates a slight radius to make the fretboard more workable for a beginning player, it'd be hard to find a more comfortable nylon string guitar. The Academy 12e-N also features a solid torrefied spruce top for warmth and projection, and comes with Taylor's ES-B pickup system pre-installed, allowing you to plug in and play amplified right from the get-go. Included in the price is a Taylor padded gig bag.
