Description

The 214ce-K comes in near the top of Taylor's Mexican-made line, featuring many of the finer details and finishing touches more common to the company's US made instruments, but at a more affordable price. The top is solid Sitka spruce, and back and sides are built from layered Hawaiian koa, giving the instrument a striking visual design that sets it apart from a stock 214ce. The guitar's Grand Auditorium shape ensure it has sufficient volume and bass to cut through when you're playing with others, but the Grand Auditorium's tapered waist allows it to sit fairly low on your leg for comfort and ease of play. The 214ce-K also comes with Taylor's patented Expression II pickup system pre-installed, ensuring that you get all the richness and tone of the guitar's acoustic sound when plugged in. Included in the price is a form-fitting Taylor gig bag.
