The X series provides players with a great step into the world in Martin Guitars, with the quality control and attention to detail players have come to expect from the manufacturer, but a price amenable to almost any budget. This Martin 000-X2E makes for a great first or second guitar for the guitarist who puts priority on quality and reliability. The very light finish and high-pressure laminate back and sides make it somewhat brighter and chimier than the typical, bass-heavy Martin sound, and the 000 size body make it a great vehicle for both flatpicking and fingerpicking. The 000-X2E comes with a Fishman MX pickup pre-installed, for a simple, clean, and clear sound when amplified. Included in the price is a Martin gig bag.
