Description
While we rarely venture into the world of electric guitars here at the Denver Folklore Center, sometimes something makes its way through our store that's simply too cool to pass up. This 1969 Gibson ES-125C is one of those rare electrics that we're head-over-heels for: a smooth sounding, clean playing archtop hollow-body guitar with all maple construction, a single neck P-90, and a gorgeous Florentine cutaway. The ES-125C is one of the best jazz guitars Gibson built, with a naturally dark, warm tone thanks to its full-depth body and light interior bracing. But don't limit yourself to jazz - this guitar also a has a smooth tone well suited to Chicago-style blues and rock, complimented by an exceptionally good setup.
Given the excellent playability and the lack of playwear, we consider this guitar to be in very good condition. Included in the price is the original hard-shell case.
