Eastman adhere closely to the script, and don't change the scale length, nut width, or bracing, delivering a classic build sheet for those of us who know that the classics never go out of style. That faithful attention to detail pays off in the sound, too, with a balanced, rich tone never lacking for volume or headroom. Appointments also remain traditional, with tortoise-patterned binding, an ebony bridge and fingerboard, and mother-of-pearl inlays.

This guitar arrived in our store in excellent condition, with only the lightest of playing wear to distinguish it from a brand new instrument. The action is comfortable and easy, and the set up is within factory spec. Included in the price is the original hard-shell case.
