A few years without Lewiston, Maine's legendary Bourgeois Guitars has made their return to our showroom all the sweeter - strum a few cowboy chords on this OM Country Boy from the company's Professional Series and you'll see exactly why. As an affordable entry point into their US-made lineup, the Professional Series features bolt-on necks for durability, ease of adjustment, and a much lower cost-to-entry than their Heirloom or Legacy options. We opted to order this one in a satin finish, and that ultra-light open-pore lacquer really lets the Country Boy ring like a bell, with a truly impressive amount of low end for a spruce and mahogany OM. Cosmetic appointments are minimal and Martin-forward, with Schaller open-gear nickel tuners, a multi-ring rosette, and a tortoise pickguard and binding for a classic and understated look that doesn't draw attention away from your playing. Included in the price is a Bourgeois hard-shell case.
