Description
Taylor's 214ce is reliably one of their most popular guitars, and for very good reason - not only does the model provide trademark Taylor sparkle and playability below $ 2,000, but the 214ce also comes in a variety of different finishes, woods, and case options so as to suit a wide range of players. The 214ce-K DLX sits near the top of the line, with a beautiful koa veneer on the back and sides, a full gloss finish, gold tuners, and a hard-shell case, and this lightly used one provides an excellent value to the cost-conscious consumer looking for a more reasonably priced version of one of Taylor's best Tecate-made instruments. As with all versions of the 214ce, it comes stock with a solid Sitka spruce top and comes with Taylor's Expression II active bridgeplate pickup system pre-installed for a great sound while amplified.
Very little distinguishes this guitar from a brand new one, and it has only seen the lightest amount of use from its one owner. The set up is very comfortable and meets Taylor's factory specifications. We consider it to be in excellent, or near-mint condition. Included in the price is the original Taylor hard-shell case.
