Description
Taylor's perennially popular GS Mini line sees another new face with the addition of the GS Mini Sapele, one of their most best sounding as well as most cost-conscious models. Like all of the company's famous three-quarter size guitars, this tiny six-string features a 23.5 inch scale length on a shrunk down Grand Symphony body shape, for a distinctive look and feel that's all Taylor. But don't let its diminutive dimensions fool you - this instrument packs a wallop, with surprisingly present mids and lows that can be difficult to find in a fractional size instrument. As the name implies, the GS Mini Sapele features a sapele laminate on the back and sides, but a solid Sitka spruce top for plenty of volume, treble, and projection. These guitars have already won Taylor countless fans, and they seem a safe bet to inspire the next generation of players, too. Included in the price is a padded GS Mini gig bag.
