Description
Nothing fills in the harmony in a band better than a big, loud 12-string - and lucky for us, Norman Guitars makes one, with all solid woods at under $ 1,500, no less. The B50 12 Natural SG is hand-built in Québec and features a Sitka spruce top with a back and sides constructed from some nicely flamed maple, calling to mind classic 12-string guitars from the heyday of the instrument in the 1970s. It features the same big, bright sound that made those instruments special, too, making it an ideal tool for classic rock and country rock either within the context of a band, or solo. With a dreadnaught-sized body, there's no shortage of volume from the B50 12, and should there be, the pre-installed L.R. Baggs Element pickup ensures you're heard without compromising the natural acoustic voice of this fine guitar. Cosmetics are vintage inspired, with bar-style pearloid fretboard inlays and a big tortoise-pattern pickguard, as well as a natural finish on the top, back and sides. Included in the price is a Norman padded gig bag, keeping your instrument portable as well as protected.
