Description
We were thrilled to see that Taylor's perennially popular 414ce-R had received a facelift, and now ships with a stunning tobacco sunburst finish for an eye-catching look to match its head-turning tone. A Sitka spruce top combines with cuts of Indian rosewood on the back and sides for a rich voice full of bell-like overtones. Combine that with Taylor's ever-popular Grand Auditorium shape and you've got yourself a world-class instrument - a loud, full-bodied six-string with responsive lows and highs that still remains comfortable and easy to play for even the pickiest pickers. As per usual, the 414ce boasts a slim, electric-like neck profile with low action, and its cutaway and innovative V-class bracing encourage you to bust out licks past the 12th fret that you might not dare to on a more traditional guitar. Let's also not forget that this instrument comes with Taylor's Expression II active bridgeplate pickup system pre-installed, too. Included in the price is a Taylor hard-shell case.
