Ute banjos are made in Boulder, Colorado by the same folks who make Ome banjos. This instrument features a 12" pot with a frosted white head fitted to a seven-ply maple rim, for a fantastic old-time tone while still maintaining the clarity and definition you'd want from a quality banjo. The tension hoop and brackets are an antiqued brass, the tuners are aged nickel with black buttons, and the pot is stained a deep brown. The fretboard edge is beveled where the neck meets the pot to help give your clawhammer strum a little more room to breath. Included in the price is a deluxe Ome gig bag.
