With all maple construction, a perfectly milled neck, and a heavy-duty Dobson brass tone ring, this downright magical five-string has a percussive and direct tone that allows it to cut right through the sound of a stringband, while not sacrificing a whit of warmth and tonal complexity in the process. Pisgah's standard appointments have the Maple Dobson looking its best, with brass hardware, a persimmon fingerboard, and a quilted star inlay on the headstock. Included in the price is a Pisgah soft-shell case.
