Description
This 11" Appalachian is another great new addition to our store from Pisgah Banjo Company: a sweet-voiced open-back with all the charm and tone of an open-back banjo from a now-bygone era. The all-walnut construction gives this particular Appalachian a little more warmth and mellowness than the version with maple, allowing it to really shine in solo situations. Lovely cosmetic touches like the persimmon headstock overlay and the eight-point wooden star inlay also give the instrument a beautiful, rustic look while remaining tasteful. The Appalachian comes with a Pisgah gig bag for a good mix of protection and portability.
