Description
This Vega Style N started out as a tenor banjo, just as many-a-banjo did in the early part of the 20th century. This now has a replica 5-string banjo neck installed with the original dowel stick in the rim. The neck's make and origin is unknown to us but is of a very high quality in looks and feel. The pot, hardware, and tension hoop are original and the arm rest and Kerschner tailpiece are not. This is a fantastic way to get into an old time style banjo without breaking the bank. It is set up nicely and includes a non-original hard shell case.
