Description

The Ute is an excellent open-back banjo built by longtime Colorado banjo luthier Chuck Ogsbury. The Ute is an excellent banjo designed for the beginner or intermediate player who has a good ear for quality and loves the inherent charm of a hand-built instrument, with rustic touches and charm that readily separate it from production models. All Utes come stock with multi-ply maple pots and solid mahogany necks, with aged hardware and Chuck's trademark buffalo nickel in the headstock. This Ute 11" Premium features 26 brackets as compared to the standard 14, giving the banjo a tighter, crisper sound. Included in the price is a padded gig bag.
