Shipping and Returns

The Denver Folklore Center ships new musical instruments that retail at $500.00 and up for free within the contiguous United States, using the quickest and safest shipping method available. Used instruments, and instruments that retail below $500.00 are subject to a $80.00 shipping fee. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can ship the instrument* back to us no more than 48 hours after receiving it (in the same condition and packaging received from us) for a full store credit (less our cost of shipping) or for a full refund (less the cost of shipping and a 5% restocking fee). The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. For a return, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at 303-777-4786, or by email (info@denverfolklore.com). We will provide instructions for re-packing and shipping. Once we receive the return, our staff will contact you and issue a refund.

*Harmonicas, melodicas and all other wind instruments, along with consignment instruments cannot be returned.
